Engineer, habilitated doctor of engineering and technical sciences. Expert in the field of environmental protection and natural resources as well as water and wastewater management and energy. In 2000 he graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Mechanics and Petrochemistry. Graduate of postgraduate studies in the fields of Financial Management Marketing, Project Management, Energy Audit, Gas Turbines and Gas-Steam Systems, Process Safety. He also completed MBA studies. He holds full construction licenses in the field of design and management of works as well as energy qualifications in the field of operation and supervision.

In the years 2000–2014 he worked at the Warsaw University of Technology, where he dealt with scientific research concerning environmental protection and studies for the refining and petrochemical industry constituting the basis for opinions and expert reports as well as educating youth. He is the author and co-author of over 100 scientific articles and publications.

From September 2009 to August 2018 he served as Director of the Environmental Protection Office of PKN ORLEN. In the years 2018–2022, as an expert in the area of the Member of the Management Board for Operational Affairs, then Operations Director, Director of Research and Development of Alternative Energy Sources and currently as Executive Director in the area of Environment.

He serves as President of the SITPChem Association (Association of Engineers and Technicians of the Chemical Industry) Płock branch and is a Member of the Main Board of SITPChem, is a member of the Mazovian Chamber of Civil Engineers and the Polish Chamber of Civil Engineers. Appointed by the Minister to the Council of Construction Products. He served as Alternate Director in The European Petroleum Industry Association. Member of the Chapter of the Responsible Care Program, Member of the Council of the Polish Chamber of Chemical Industry. He is the Chairman of the Coordinating Council of the Mazovian Hydrogen Valley Cluster.

Winner of awards, among others: Rector of the Warsaw University of Technology for scientific achievements, in the competition of the President of the City of Płock Award “Diploma for Płock”, distinction in the competition “Golden Engineer” in the category science and in the category Management, “Golden badge meritorious for Construction”, laureate of the Medal of the National Education Commission. In 2022 and in 2023 he received a distinction from the Ministry of Climate and Environment for engagement in works for the implementation of the sectoral agreement for the development of the hydrogen economy. Distinguished with the Key to Success for contribution to the development of the chemical industry in Poland. For actions supporting environmental protection and transformation of industry towards sustainable development and a low-emission economy.

Graduate of the AGH University of Science and Technology, Faculty of Metals Engineering and Industrial Computer Science, specialisation: Environmental Protection and Waste Management.

In 2007, he completed postgraduate studies at the Jagiellonian University, Faculty of Management and Social Communication, in the field of auditing and management. In 2020, he completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Production Engineering, in the field of joining engineering, obtaining IWE competence.

Since 2008, he has been professionally involved in conformity assessment. He has many years of experience in cooperation with various manufacturers and scientific institutions, including research institutes, notified, designated and inspection bodies, as well as research and calibration laboratories. Member of the technical committee of the Polish Committee for Standardisation (PKN).

Participated in the creation of the Polish Hydrogen Strategy. Participated in projects, feasibility studies and expert opinions allowing international experience to be translated into technological development in Poland. Lecturer and co-author of the postgraduate MBA programme ‘Hydrogen Technologies’ in 2022-2024.

Holds a postdoctoral degree in economics and finance. His professional, research, and academic activities focus on energy and climate transformation, new technologies, the competitiveness and internationalization of enterprises, value chains in various economic sectors, and sources of corporate innovation. He is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw, a member of expert and industry bodies, and a member of supervisory boards of both listed and private companies.

He is an advisor to HydroH2 and an expert with the Lower Silesian Hydrogen Valley Association. He is also the author of numerous industry publications on decentralized generation, AI-enabled energy transformation, and the hydrogen economy. He focuses on feasibility studies involving hydrogen installations. As a strategic management expert, he combines economic and technical knowledge with the development of energy clusters and communities.
