After completing 32 years of service in the Polish Armed Forces and transferring to the reserves as a Brigadier General commanding the 6th Airborne Brigade from Krakow, the General smoothly transitioned into professional activity outside the military. Since 2022, he has been working for a company involved in renewable energy, military infrastructure, and the sale of military equipment.
Excellent theoretical preparation at three foreign universities in the United States and NATO in Rome helped him successfully manage life and company changes. His three deployments, including two combat deployments in Afghanistan, allowed him to face challenges amid uncertainty and risk. Strategic preparation allowed him to choose the most interesting field of study, one closely related to combat and long-term effort: the energy transformation of the Polish economy. From the first day of his reserve service, implementation of the renewable energy plan began. The knowledge supplemented by MBA studies at the Silesian University of Technology allowed him to meet new employers, such as TRAP FORCE, MULTICONSULT POLSKA, and BELECTRIC GmbH, and individuals interested in national security in terms of energy and critical infrastructure. The military operations in Ukraine provided additional incentive to analyze changes in the needs for renewable energy on the battlefield and in the growing demand for electricity.
