Following the success of its first edition, Women in Hydrogen and Energy – The Power of Networking and Collaboration returns for a second edition as an inspiring side event open to women and men who want to actively support the development of the energy and hydrogen sector in a spirit of inclusiveness, cooperation, and mutual respect.
Although the initiative stems from the need to strengthen the visibility of women in the sector, the second edition clearly emphasizes that the energy transition requires diverse perspectives, competencies, and experiences—regardless of gender. This is an event for experts and leaders who believe that the best solutions are created through collaboration.
The meeting focuses on networking, professional development, leadership, and building relationships based on partnership and trust. The goal is to create a space for substantive exchange of experiences and to initiate real projects and cross-sector cooperation.
